Cancellation Policy

With your safety and the quality of service in mind, if you book a service requiring medical evaluation and our specialist determines you are not a candidate, we will apply your payment towards personalizing your service and experience to ensure the best possible results. Cancellations ● More than 14 days in advance: 100% refund of the deposit, or rescheduling at no cost. ● Between 7 and 14 days in advance: 50% refund of the deposit. ● Less than 7 days in advance or no-show: no refund; 100% of the deposit will be retained. ● If supplies have been purchased or prepared, additional charges may apply based on the actual cost of those materials. Lateness ● If the patient arrives more than 15 minutes late, Lonvida may: o Reduce the session duration, or reschedule the appointment according to the corresponding cancellation policy. ● When the delay results in the loss of prepared supplies, it will be considered as a cancellation without the right to a refund.
