Terms & Conditions
In compliance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations in Mexico, Lonvida informs its patients of the cancellation and delay policy for standard treatments that do not require perishable materials or special preparation.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Medical consultations.
• Aesthetic and longevity evaluations.
• Non-invasive device-based treatments.
• Facial sessions or procedures without personalized supplies.
Cancellations
• More than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund of the deposit or rescheduling at no cost.
• Less than 48 hours in advance: 50% refund of the deposit.
• No-show: 100% of the deposit will be retained, with no right to a refund.
• In case of repeated absences, Lonvida may establish future scheduling restrictions.
Delays
• If the patient arrives more than 15 minutes late, Lonvida may:
o Shorten the duration of the session.
o Reschedule the appointment according to the applicable cancellation policy.
General Considerations
• This policy applies exclusively to standard treatments without perishable materials.
• All changes are subject to schedule availability.
• Lonvida reserves the right to update this policy in accordance with regulatory or operational changes, always ensuring transparency and prior communication with the patient.
Cancellation and Delay Policy (Perishable Supplies)
In compliance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations in Mexico, Lonvida informs its patients of the cancellation and delay policy for standard treatments that do not require perishable materials or special preparation.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Regenerative therapies with stem cells.
• Growth factors and biopeptides.
• Personalized IV Therapy (NAD+, trace elements, sensitive micronutrients).
• Reconstitution bio-stimulators.
Cancellations
• More than 14 days in advance: 100% refund of the deposit or rescheduling at no cost.
• Between 7 and 14 days in advance: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 7 days in advance or no-show: no refund; 100% of the deposit will be retained.
• If the materials have already been purchased or prepared, additional charges
may apply for the actual cost of those materials.
Delays
• If the patient arrives more than 15 minutes late, Lonvida may:
o Shorten the duration of the session.
o Reschedule the appointment according to the applicable cancellation policy.
• When the delay results in the loss of prepared materials, it will be considered a cancellation with no right to refund.
General Considerations
• This policy applies exclusively to treatments that require perishable or specially prepared materials.
• Other Lonvida services may be rescheduled by mutual agreement, subject to availability.
• Lonvida reserves the right to update this policy in accordance with regulatory or operational changes, always ensuring transparency and prior communication with the patient.
